Jack Geaneotes is an Associate M&A Broker at Synergy Business Brokers. Based in South Jersey near Philadelphia, he works with business owners and buyers in Pennsylvania, the greater Philadelphia area, and other markets throughout the United States. He brings a strong background in finance, business analysis, and client service to every transaction.
Before joining Synergy, Jack served as a personal wealth management paraplanner at McMullen Financial. In this position, he supported client relationships, financial planning, and the onboarding of high net worth clients. This experience strengthened his analytical abilities, attention to detail, and communication skills, which he now applies to business transactions.
At Synergy, Jack works closely with business owners and buyers throughout the transaction process. His responsibilities include financial modeling, business valuation analysis, preparing pro forma financial statements, screening prospective buyers, coordinating due diligence, and assisting with overall deal management. His responsiveness and financial expertise help keep transactions organized and moving efficiently from the initial engagement through closing.
Jack is dedicated to helping business owners maximize the value of their companies while providing buyers with the financial information and guidance needed to make informed acquisition decisions. Jack earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Finance from the University of Delaware and has passed the Series 65 exam. Outside the office, he enjoys golf and pickleball and volunteers with the Vineland Veterans Home and Cathedral Kitchen in Camden.
