Alejandra Santos is an Associate M&A Broker with Synergy Business Brokers, bringing 17 years of experience in finance, operations, and business strategy across consumer products, e-commerce, technology, and professional services.
Before joining Synergy, Alejandra held corporate finance roles and founded her own consulting firm, advising business owners as a fractional CFO, exit planner, and strategic advisor. Her work includes improving profitability, strengthening financial reporting, and preparing businesses for growth, buyer due diligence, and an eventual sale.
As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), Alejandra helps owners understand the financial and operational factors that influence business value and buyer interest. Her experience provides a practical perspective on identifying opportunities for improvement and helping owners prepare for a successful transition.
A business owner herself, Alejandra understands the decisions and challenges entrepreneurs face when building a company and considering its sale.
She holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from George Mason University. Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, she works with business owners and buyers throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico, as well as across the United States and internationally.
