Nicolas works with lower-middle-market business owners through sale and growth transactions, combining hands-on operating experience with a strong foundation in financial analysis, valuation, and strategic planning. Before joining Synergy Business Brokers, he co-founded and served as CEO of a technology startup, where he led operations, strategy, and business development from the ground up. He also founded and led a consulting firm where he drove strategic growth initiatives and led quantitative analysis work including financial modeling, valuation support, and performance improvement for clients across multiple industries. Earlier in his career, Nicolas held project management and business development roles at IBM and served as a board member and co-founder of an entrepreneurship-focused organization. He was also selected by the U.S. Department of State as one of the top young entrepreneurs through the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI). Nicolas holds a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from WorldQuant University, an Engineer’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Austral in Buenos Aires, and completed entrepreneurship studies at IAE Business School. He is fluent in English and Spanish, professionally proficient in Portuguese, and has working knowledge of Italian. He works with clients across the US and Latin America.
