John is located in the Philadelphia Metro area. Prior to his work at Synergy, John worked for a number of years for an M&A firm. He came on board with Synergy because of our comprehensive marketing strategy and database of potential buyers. Prior to his work in M&A, John was a Director of Strategic Advisory for KPMG and a Manager of Strategy Consulting Services for Deloitte. In addition, he worked as a financial analyst for GE Capital and a Consultant for TD Banks. John has experience working on large M&A Deals including a $5 Billion Healthcare transaction and a $25 Billion Chemical Company M&A deal. He also worked on smaller M&A deals at GE Capital. John has an MBA from Temple University and a BS at Drexel University. And he has a Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate from Villanova. John brings a vast array of experiences in a variety of industries. He sells companies in PA, NJ, MD, DE, and other areas of the US.
